Saturday, September 13, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Defenders Day 2025. In celebration of Defenders Day, Todd’s Inheritance will have the magnificent Scott Sheads conducting our regular unfurling of the Star-Spangled Banner Flag at Noon.  Other demonstrators will include Ed Seufert with his creatively detailed living history demonstration map of the Battlefield of Patapsco Neck, aka Battle of North Point. The talented Andrew Martini will be on the grounds doing textile demonstrations of traditional spinning, weaving and indigo dying. Bob Cummins, author and donor of the muster roll to our collection, will be present to sell and sign his newly published book Monumental Anthem about the significance of the defense of Baltimore on the subsequent political and social dynamics in the City of Baltimore.
